I love this book. Since it was written by chefs who also are in the raw food movement it has a little for everyone. I am raw and my family is mid raw vegans- so it is perfect for us. Since we have a large family saving time is important, I love the fact that the recipes take 30 minutes or less but.. there are tips and tricks through out the book for quicker and easier or if you have more time to spend in the kitchen.
