Seeds of Sustainability Sprouting Method/Living Oils DVD

I am excited to share with you this dvd. Don’t let the cost put you off. What you learn will save you money for years to come. I have been learning a lot about sprouts lately. Sprouts are a living food, not just a raw food but a living food. I have been working hard to add more sprouts to our diets. When you are sprouting for 9 people it gets very time consuming. Soaking, rinsing several times a day, counters filled with bowls and jars.. Just take a look at my post on sprouting from last week and you get the idea. So when I saw the heading- “Grow Sprouts With No Daily Rinsing” I had to find out more. I searched on the internet to see if anyone else was using this method with success but found nothing- the dvd is still new. Just came out late last year I think. So I decided to test the method before writing my review. I am happy to report I have had success using this method of sprouting. I am excited to get my Green Star Juicer so I can try making my own oils as described in the video. Take a peak at the trailer below. (more…)
