I loved Terry’s presentation. I learned so much about sea vegetables. One thing I learned was that sea vegetables have the same mineral make up that our blood, sweat and tears do. And that eating sea vegetables is the best way to be sure that we are taking in enough of all the minerals that we need for optimum health.

Terry talks about all of the different sea vegetables that she harvests and how to use them. She had samples and talked about all of the benefits of adding sea vegetables into your diet. For those of us who use a ton of produce- this product is a must have. Eat Cleaner has come up with a produce wash and for those of you who eat meat- a seafood and poultry wash. Nice spray bottles but you can also get them in commercial sizes and a concentrate- with my size of family the 5 gallon bucket would probably be the best bet! (more…)

These products are yummy! I was excited to hear about them.. I love coconut and know all of the amazing health benefits of coconut. These products are gluten free and vegan. You really ought to give them a try. I found them at my little local health food store so you should be able to find them just about anywhere now. (more…)
