What’s Not Cookin’ in Rhio’s Kitchen DVD
Rhio is a kick! She is a nice lady and very entertaining. I learned a lot from her dvd- so I would say it is good for all levels of raw food expertise.
The dvd is 92 minutes long (sells for $29.95)and comes with all of the recipes that she demos in the dvd. You will definitely want this dvd in your raw food dvd library! I can’t wait to make the bagels!
Rhio is also the author of Hooked on Raw which was published in 2000. It has been republished and a copy is on it’s way to me to review- so stay tuned for that!

Rhio is a kick! She is a nice lady and very entertaining. I learned a lot from her dvd- so I would say it is good for all levels of raw food expertise.

Chef Mary B Rawfundamentals DVD
If you are new to raw foods then this dvd will give you several simple recipes to get you started as well as shopping guides and cheat sheets. The dvd is very well made. The highest quality.
I feel that is a good video for those just beginning their raw food journey. I didn’t learn anything I didn’t know because I am now a certified raw food chef. I am reading raw food cookbooks, website articles and such daily. That doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it.
My only objection is that it is only 33 minutes long. Chef Mary’s dvd is the same price as most of the other raw food demonstration dvds out there however it is a third of the average length of the other dvds.
