
Today starts my raw food weekend. I have been trying to eat high raw during the week. I am doing good with that and it has jumpstarted more weight loss. So I decided to do a whole weekend. Kind of a cleansing. So all morning I have been eating bananas. Then I went to the store and picked up some cherries- they were sooo good. I also got a few apples and more lemons. My order of super manna came in so I came home and made smoothies with a scoop of super manna. Tonight I will be having pineapple. I feel wonderful and the extra fiber is doing me good. So what is super manna?
