I love raw desserts.. Susan Powers book delivers an amazing assortment of desserts- all raw and vegan! This book comes in printed format or as a ebook. The pictures are amazing- so I would get the printed version. The print out of the ebook doesn’t do this book justice. I would have this book out on the coffee table for everyone to see. They say the way to a person’s heart is through desserts! You could win over a non-vegan with these recipes! Yummmy!

A great ebook by Angela Elliott. Angela is an amazing person. I am honored to have met her and consider her a friend! She was so gracious enough to contribute recipes to my ebook. She was so encouraging of me in the assembling of my cookbook and preparing to do my first presentation. I will be forever grateful to her for that.
Angela’s recipes are delicious. This ebook is a welcome addition to any vegan’s library- raw or not! Last year was my first raw holiday. All I had was a raw sweet potato casserole and a couple of raw pies. This year I will be ready with all of these great recipes! (more…)

That is awesome. Quick, easy, and no tools required other than a basic blender! So many people I talk to tell me that they can’t afford to live this way because- no high speed blender, no dehydrator, etc… Now there are no excuses. Just get this book! It will get you started. From here you can experiment on your own.
