Hubby and I conquer: We like the
pesto pumpkinseed better than the pizza flavored crackers. The pizza flavored were good but these popped with flavor!

Rawtella

YUMMY!!!!!
Rawtella is delicious! To be honest I have only used it to satisfy my chocolate cravings.. I sneak a little
spoonful and savor the chocolatey goodness… ut you could put the
jar in the dehydrator to soften and then spread it on a cracker or use it as an raw ice cream topping. There is only 3 amazing ingredients in Rawtella but what a powerful combo- soooo good!!!

Mila
Posted by admin on 01 27th, 2011

I recently had the privilege of trying out a fairly new product called
Mila. Have you heard of it?
The Miracle Seed is gluten–free, trans–fat free, sugar–free, high in fiber and protein, has no taste or smell and can be deliciously combined with many foods! Its supreme biological properties are not diminished by heat in the baking process, therefore making it easy to incorporate into your favorite recipes.
Mila™ is a mixture of Salvia hispanica L. seed (chia) which has been carefully selected to maximize its nutritional value. The mixture is mechanically processed using a proprietary system that optimizes the bioavailability and increases its nutritional value. Nothing is added to the product – it is a pure form of Salvia hispanica L. and is simply the best available today.
It is
chia on steroids! It is fractured so it soaks up the liquid quicker and blends so smoothly. My favorite way to use it is in smoothies- though there are so many more ways to use it.

Ocean Harvest Sea Vegetable Company
Posted by admin on 11 20th, 2010

Back in August I watched a presentation on sea vegetables by Terry Nieves on Monday Night Live. I took 3 pages of notes. I already knew that
sea vegetables were very nutritious but I didn’t know how nutritious they were.
What really intrigued me about Terry’s company is that all of their
sea vegetables are harvested by hand. I really enjoyed hearing about how they harvest and dry their sea vegetables. You really can tell the difference. We have tried a lot of sea vegetables over the last year but what we have tasted from Ocean Harvest is hands down the best!
