This year for Thanksgiving our family will be enjoying a holiday vegan roast made by Tofurkey. Jeff and the kids love it. Last year we served it to a non-vegan and he enjoyed it as well.

This yacon syrup is very caramel like in texture. The kids loved it drizzled over sliced apples like a caramel apple. I used some in almond milk rather than agave for the kids. The kids liked it very much. (more…)
The other day I received a package.. In it was a block of Teese cheese- mozzarella style. The kids rejoiced as they knew this meant that they were getting some sort of pizza.. I was excited because I had sent Teese several emails about reviewing their vegan cheese and now I am! (more…)
