So you want to eat healthier but you just don’t know where to start. Let me help you get the ball rolling. For $50 I will create a weekly menu for you- with several ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Recipes will be included where needed. I will use your local grocery stores as the source for your ingredients but will give you a resource guide for places you can order from if you decide to add more hard to find items to your diet. I will take into account your likes and dislikes and answer any questions you may have.
