I found this great artisan cracker company called Dr Kracker. George, one of the owners was so friendly. I like that about these small companies I have been reviewing with. I am talking to real people here. Anyway- I have several flavors to review so I am starting with 2. Jeff took 2 boxes with him to band practice because it turned out they contained butter. So we will get some input from the guys on those 2 flavors. So back to todays review. Dr Kracker has an interesting history- click here to read it. We have tried Hummus Maximus and my husband said it was the BEST cracker he has ever eaten! We have tried a lot of crackers in our day so that says a lot!
The next cracker- the Klassic 3 seed flatbread. This one was another winner. Jeff said he had to force himself to not eat the last one- he ate almost a whole entire box! He loved these just as much. So far 2 of the flavors have now been titled the best crackers my husband has ever eaten.
All natural ingredients. Most of the ingredients are organic, looks like all of the ingredients in the Klassic 3 Seed flatbread are organic. These are awesome crackers. With the holidays coming up- they would make a nice addition to any appetizer buffet table. Check out Dr Kracker’s website- you will not be disappointed with these crackers.
