Raw Food For Real People Fundamentals Course 3 DVD Set
I recently had the pleasure of viewing these dvd’s from Rod Rotondi. If I had to describe the dvds in one word it would be “wow!” I had my husband watch them with me. We enjoyed Rod’s down to earth style very much. The dvd’s cover 3 days of a retreat where he was giving 15 real people a course on the fundamentals of the raw food diet. The recipes looked amazing and I learned some different techniques to apply to my own raw food cooking. My husband was excited by what he saw. “Everything looked so good and so fresh,” he said.
The dvd’s were entertaining enough that we watched all 3 dvd’s back to back. My husband who is into recording- music and film felt it was first class production. I will be lending these dvd’s with no reservations.
About the dvd’s from Rod’s website Leaf Cuisine:

Beautifully filmed in a desert setting with clear and visual recipe instructions, Rod guides 15 people on a culinary journey into raw foods that fits into busy modern lifestyles with ease. His vast knowledge, love of food and uplifting personality make for a fun and inspiring time together.
Eat in abundance, experience the vibrant energy from raw foods and lose weight naturally!
When I had finished watching the dvd’s I couldn’t wait to try some new recipes. Today I made the mushroom soup. I topped it with some chopped avocado and some crispy dehydrated red onions (an idea I got from Vegan Epicurean) He liked it very much- though he said it will take some getting used to not having a hot soup but it was good nonetheless and he would like to have it again for dinner (thank goodness cause I have leftovers)
If you are new to raw food living or even if you are not new these dvds are a great add to your home library. Like me, you will want to lend them out to anyone who has expressed an interest in the raw food lifestyle.
