Today as I was walking out the front door to go swimming I almost tripped over a good sized box from Galaxy Foods that was left on the porch. Filled to the brim with freezer blocks to keep it cold there was a package of Vegan rice cheese slices- cheddar flavor and their Vegan grated topping Parmesan flavor.. So tonight I made grilled not cheese sammies. They were a huge hit. Even the hubs said I must keep this stocked in the fridge. That says a lot. All of the kids devoured their sammies.
