ChicoBag for Valentines Day!
I absolutely love ChicoBag! I keep them in a basket in the car or clipped onto my purse. The fact that they close up into a little pouch they take up very little room so I just put a basket in the van to store them in. The only thing I need to consider before leaving the house is if I will need a refrigerated bag or not. Otherwise I am already set to go.
Today I received in the mail this cute Valentine’s ChicoBag. I was on my way to the store. As you can see by the picture it holds a lot! This is the Vita style bag. It is huge! In my bag there is 14 boxes of Triscuits (they were on sale at an amazing price, when you have as large of a family as I do you stock up on family favorites when they go on sale). The bag boy couldn’t believe how much he fit into my bag. Click HERE to go to the Vita page of the website.
For the last year whenever I go to garage sales and thrift stores I always look through the canvas bags to see if there is anything I could use as a shopping bag. For Christmas I bought a pretty reusable fabric bag to wrap presents in- we didn’t use any wrapping paper this year at all. This year I plan on continuing on with this theme. All birthday presents for extended family will be wrapped in a ChicoBag. I think they are the perfect way to get people into using a recyclable bag because once they are folded back into their pouch they take up very little room. So here are my top 11 ideas for using or giving ChicoBags
As you can tell I do love ChicoBags. The Sling, Messenger and Daypack are all rePETe (made from recycled water bottles) the Original and Vita have rePETe versions. They are inexpensive and make a wonderful gift.
Remember giving a reusable bag to a child helps to pass along the conviction of reduce, reuse and recycle.
