I have gone through this book- cover to cover and I am excited to share it with you. I mentioned before this isn’t a vegan book- though it does contain many vegan recipes. As a vegan you may be wondering why I am so excited about a book that isn’t vegan. This is a real food book. This book has something for everyone who wants to adopt a healthier diet: meat and dairy eaters, vegetarians and vegans. The recipes contain real food- fresh ground whole grains, legumes, fresh fruits and vegetables and for the meat eaters: organic grass fed beef/poultry.
There is also a section on how to have a hospitable home, opening your home to others and the final section is about losing weight on a real food diet.
