I think of all the demo’s I have watched so far I enjoyed this one the best. Chad Sarno took a simplistic yet gourmet approach to the ingredients. He really stressed that we should look for ways to showcase the amazing flavors of the veg!
The first demo was showcasing the glorious tomato! 3 simple dishes using this glorious dish! I learned so much from this demo and got several ideas for my own creations just from watching him work.. I can’t wait for heirloom tomatoes to be in season again!
We have been talking a lot on Facebook about simplicity and this demo fit right in. The tomatoes looked amazing! I was longing for a nice juicy heirloom tomato after it was over.
The next demo was on watermelon tots and rellenos. Both amazing looking. The watermelon tots- oh my! I can’t wait for watermelon to be in season again! I love watermelon.. So simple..
His last dish was rellenos. They looked incredible.
One thing that was enjoyable about these demos was Chef Chad has amazing knife skills! I was blown away. It definitely inspired me to work on my knife skills.
