This wonderful book is self published and written by Julie Hoffenberg and Sarah Woodward of The Healing Patch Raw Cuisine. I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to review this book. I love their writing style- I felt like I was sitting in the kitchen having a conversation with them. I also love how laid back they are. They encourage the reader to not be so hard on themselves and to figure out where their relationship with food stands. When you know your relationship with food half the battle is won. Then you can move forward and make a plan of attack.. In the end we need to remember that it is just food!
This book is meant to help you transition from cooked to raw foods in a gentle way. There are cooked and raw vegetarian recipes, cooked and raw vegan recipes. The recipe section is full of a lot of great juicy morsel tips..
