Raw Food, Fast Food by Philip McCluskey is a must have for the busy raw foodist! From the introduction:

That is awesome. Quick, easy, and no tools required other than a basic blender! So many people I talk to tell me that they can’t afford to live this way because- no high speed blender, no dehydrator, etc… Now there are no excuses. Just get this book! It will get you started. From here you can experiment on your own.
Philip lost over 200 lbs following a raw food diet and has maintained that weight loss. He is a true inspiration!
