A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Jess from Cafe Gratitude. She was handing out samples at the Raw Fest that was Whole Foods in Sacramento, CA. I was also there to meet her to pick up raw ice cream samples to review- but that review is for another day. I sampled a cookie while I was there- the lemon one (pictured below) and it was quite tastey. A week later I received a box from Cafe Gratitude with a package of granola and the 3 flavors of cookies they make and sell.
The above picture is their Thumbprint Cookie with seasonal fruit. The one I got was fig. I am not kidding when I say that it tastes like a fig newton- only better! You know how fig newtons are a bit dry? These are not, so incredibly delicious! My daughter who loves fig newtons loves these! They are her favorite.
Ingredients: Cashew, macadamia nut, agave nectar, banana, almond flour, dates, lemon juice, vanilla, and Himalayan salt

These are the lemon cashew cookies. They are also very good. Tart and sweet, moist and delicious.
100% Organic & Raw Ingredients: cashews, agave, lemon juice, coconut flakes, vanilla, Himalayan pink crystal salt.

I Am Great live granola is very good. It is incredibly crunchy. I like that about raw granolas. As a mom I get distracted when eating- it is nice to come back to my cereal and have it still be crunchy.
Apples*, sprouted almonds*, sprouted buckwheat*, coconut flakes*, raisins*, dates*, agave nectar*, vanilla bean*, cinnamon*, and Himalayan salt. CONTAINS: Tree Nuts. *indicates raw and organic.

These are now my favorite raw chocolate cookie. They remind me of brownies with the walnuts on top. So yummy!
Ingredients: Cookie: Almond flour, macadamia nuts, cashews, agave nectar, cacao powder, vanilla, and Himalayan salt.

Candied Walnuts: walnuts, coconut sugar, vanilla, dates, and Himalayan salt.

They make everything in small batches to ensure freshness for the customer. I highly recommend these products. Stay tuned for the review on the ice creams. Yummm!
