I love The 30 Minute Vegan books! Their first book is awesome and this book doesn’t disappoint! One thing I love about the 30 Minute Vegan books as that they have many raw recipes in the book. Which is perfect in my home as I eat a mostly raw food diet and my family is about 50% raw.
The book is written by Mark Reinfeld and Jennifer Murray and published by Da Capo Press- Lifelong Books.
We love Asian food so this book is a perfect addition to our library. For all of my raw foodie friends I will put an R next to all of the recipes that raw.
