I am a huge fan of Jennifer McCann. I have been reading her blog Vegan Lunch Box for several years.  Her recipes are very kid friendly. The book is published by Da Capo Press.

I love this section of the book. It is like reading a mini food biography of each geographical area. There are several menu ideas for each region. For instance: under the US there are 8 menus for States/cities or regions. There is also a homesick lunch menu, picnic time menu, post Thanksgiving lunch box and an Sports All-Star menu.
Western Europ covers menus from England, France, Germany, Italy, Scotland and Spain.
