We are Terry Hope Romero fans when I saw that she had written latin inspired vegan cookbook I had to get my hands on it! This book doesn’t disappoint! The pictures are amazing and the recipes all look incredible. We have many dog-eared already. I love that she writes a great little intro for each recipe. I have actually been going through the cookbook just reading these intros! If you love to cook in the latin style- you will love this cookbook.
