This book has a whole chapter on raw living foods. I am so glad to see more and more vegan cookbook authors adding more raw foods to their books but a whole chapter! Way to go Lacey and Gail. This the perfect book for someone like me who is living the high raw lifestyle and has children who eat more cooked vegan foods. It is also wonderful for the vegan who wants to incorporate more raw dishes into their diet. The recipes look amazing.
