My Favorite Green Smoothie
3 cups of almond milk (made fresh- 1 cup sprouted almonds and 3 cups water blend and strain)
1 lb of spinach
4 bananas- we like 3 frozen 1 fresh (I throw in another if not thick enough)
4-8 dates depending on size
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp or more raw carob powder or cacao powder to taste
enough water to blend it up- this will fill up the blender carafe
That is it- it is yummy and you don’t taste the green at all.
