Spicy Raw Coleslaw
Coleslaw dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic minced

1-2 tsp agave nectar (depending on how sweet you want it)
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes (you can use more or less)
1/2 tsp pepper
2 limes juiced.

Mix the above all together. Add to the slaw

5 cups shredded cabbage (could be a mixure of red and green)
1.5 cups shredded carrot
1 cup slided celery (I used a mandolin to slice it really thin)
About 6 green onions chopped but you could use red onions. More or less to your taste

Mix in the dressing. We ate it immediately and it was very good. Hubby who hates coleslaw loved it. But you could let it rest for 1 hour to let the flavors mingle.
