This is back in August 2008. I didn't think I looked this big. I weighed around 300 lbs. I was having knee problems, plantars faciitis, and every now and again I was having sleep apnea.
This is Easter 2009. 4 days later I went vegan. I weigh 268 lbs here.
This is May 24, 2009 I am 247 lbs here.
June 6, 2009 240 lbs here.
This was July 8th and I weighed 228.4 lbs.
